A Comprehensive Assessment on the issue..right from its inception ..this article clearly throws light on the stand off between Canada n India . Analyst has correctly emphasised that in this controversy Canada stand to loose more. Thanks Nitin..
A very enlightening article on Indo-Canada standoff. Agree with the writer that Canada stands to lose more compared to India. MEA has rightly taken steps w.r.t Canada crisis
As always, you have analysed the current impasse in Indo-Canadian relations very comprehensively, however written purely as a nationalist. Ever since the conch of Hindutva has grasped the attention of the majority of voting Indians other communities, particularly the radical elements among them, have been able to create a platform not available to them earlier. As Modi has a constituency here Justin Trudeau has one in Canada. While Trudeau may attempt to make attempts to improve relations later, in his current scheme of things he has played his cards as an accusation, no matter what the truth.
Firstly thanks for your comments. I appreciate you have taken time to write your opinion on the subject. I have not written the article from a religion centric point of view but from a international relations perspective. And hence there is neither a bias of hindutva or sikhism. Doing so would be injustice to the current crisis. I have pointed out the compulsions Justin Trudeau faces at home of coalition politics. Yet I can assure you that Justin Trudeau is faulting on many other counts too. The next elections should decide Justin Trudeau's political future. The conservatives are fast catching up. In the larger perspective is the NDP (Khalistan Party ) likely to do more good to Canada or more harm and that should decide for Canadians whom they should support. For India the choice is clear. All Parties have condemned the Canadian accusations.
Lets wait and watch how this battle fans out. Thanking you once again for your time and your indulgence in the blog writing. Thank You.
